Helping You Build Healthier Relationships With Yourself and Others

If you’re here, chances are something in your life isn’t feeling quite the way you’d hoped.

Maybe your relationship has become more distant.

Maybe anxiety has started taking up more space than you’d like.

Maybe you’re navigating a life transition, carrying the emotional weight for everyone else, or simply feeling unlike yourself.

Whatever brought you here, I’m glad you’re here.

Because reaching out for support is rarely easy.

For nearly 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and couples during some of life’s most difficult and meaningful seasons.

Over the years, I’ve learned something important.

Most people don’t need someone to tell them what’s wrong with them.

They need someone who helps them better understand themselves.

Therapy offers a place to slow down, gain clarity, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools that create meaningful, lasting change.

That is the work I love.

My approach combines evidence-based therapy with warmth, curiosity, and compassion.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore, challenged enough to grow, and supported every step of the way.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a wife, mother, lifelong learner, avid gardener and someone who believes growth happens in many places, not just in an office.

You’ll often find me tending to my garden, discovering places off the beaten path, recording my podcast, or just relaxing with family and friends.

Those moments remind me that healing isn’t just about overcoming hardship.

It’s also about creating a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.

I’d love the opportunity to meet you.

” Healing doesn’t mean becoming someone else.

It means reconnecting with the healthiest parts of who you’ve always been. “
